These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Duende. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, colours and images accurately represent our products. However, colours may vary depending on your screen or device.
As our bikinis are handmade, slight variations may occur between products. These variations are not considered defects.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Rupiah.
Prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any order affected by an incorrect price.
5. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.
6. Payment
Payment must be received before an order is processed.
We accept payment through secure third-party payment providers.
7. Shipping
Processing and delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, weather events or circumstances beyond our control.
Any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
8. Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, swimwear may only be returned if:
- It is unworn and unwashed.
- Original tags remain attached.
- The hygiene liner has not been removed.
- It is returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant, makeup or damage will not be accepted.
Sale or clearance items are final sale unless required by law.
9. Warranty
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage and incorrect care are not covered.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to bikini designs, patterns, prints, photographs, logos, graphics, branding, videos, written content and website design, is the exclusive property of Duende and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, manufactured or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Unauthorised reproduction of our products or designs may result in legal action.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our website for unlawful purposes.
- Copy or scrape website content.
- Attempt to interfere with website security.
- Upload malicious software.
- Misrepresent your identity.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duende is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
